Yes- you read that correctly! This home was built in 1895! Do you know what's even more unbelievable? As amazing as the outside looks, the inside is even more beautiful. This home is bursting with updates and improvements. The first floor boasts a 5th room, or added office, a new kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and the upstairs has 4 large bedrooms, each with access to its own sunroom. This is the Oprah of houses- "You get a sunroom!", "You get a sunroom!", "Everybody gets a sunroom!". If your own personal sunroom doesn't pique your interest then let's move on to the virtual tour.

This entryway is sure to make a great first impression. All of the natural light bounces off the flooring beautifully. The coat hooks were a great addition to the large wall and keeps the home from looing weighted down by coat racks. Hooks are the perfect home-y touch when you lack a coat closet. I might add a little bench or loveseat in front of the window to create a more intimate space.

This large room has access to the sun porch as well as french door leading into the adjacent room. I love french doors in an old home. I'd also like to step out on a limb and assume that all the wood is original to the home and refurbished. If true, you've struck a history goldmine- how unique to have a bit of the 1800's visually encompass your home. Even my white trim-loving soul can get on board with that.

I had to add this room into the tour. Bay windows are always, in my opinion, a beautiful addition to a home. This whole space just feels elegant.

The large kitchen has new cabinets and appliances as well as new flooring. Even though the kitchen is updated, I like how well it kept the integrity of the home intact. This kitchen isn't over-modernized to feel out of place within the home, it's tucked in seamlessly but with a fresh feel. Get in contact with the listing agent, Jeremy Trenkamp, to view how well it flows into the adjacent room. The open concept is just beautiful!

A quick peek into the lower sunroom shows gobs of possibilities! Would you paint this space? Or leave it and more rustic touches? You can't go wrong!

Check out this breathtaking bathroom complete with double vanity and clawfoot tub!

Don't you just want to soak up all the beautiful natural light? Add some wicker furniture and I would be here all day.
