Get To Know Me
I grew up in Shueyville, Iowa and graduated from Prairie High School in 1998. I followed in my father's footsteps in real estate after my time at the University of Iowa majoring in Economics. I married my wife, Ashley, in 2010. We live in the Corridor area and relish having many family members within minutes of us. There aren't many people who can say they love their job, I'm proud to say that I can. I enjoy helping people find their dream homes and having clients turn into friends.
Work Hard and Play Harder
When I'm not making deals and helping clients, I enjoy:
- Spending time with my wife and family
- Fishing and Hunting
- Running with my dog, Dutch
- Competing in Triathlons
I started my career in real estate after finishing my education at the University of Iowa. I have been selling real estate now for 15 years. During that time, I've been a member of the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors and the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors. I have served on the Board of Realtors and have participated in several different committees within the board.
- Participating in Board Committees
- Coldwell Banker Hedges weekly and monthly meetings
- Member of the Shueyville Board of Adjustments
- Purchasing income/investment properties

The Great Outdoors
There is nothing like enjoying the outdoors and taking full advantage of what Mother Nature has to offer. Most times it doesn't cost you a thing and you don't have to travel very far to enjoy it.
My wife, Ashley, and I love to hike and kayak all over Iowa.
This picture was taken on my first trip to Alaska. The weather was beautiful and the scenery was even better!
Iowa At Heart
I haven't had the opportunity to live many places, but I have been fortunate enough to travel all over the United States. I've met a lot of great people, made many new friends, and have seen amazing scenery. My wife and I have a goal of visiting one place we have never been every year. The majority of my family lives in the Midwest, with the exception of a couple on the East and West Coasts. I've always jumped at the chance to take an adventure, but my heart will always be in Iowa.
